Rebuild Procedures and Triggers, Rebuild Catalog Tables and Rebuild Default Views in Domain are done and retry to create new unit but still failed.
Check the tablespace and found the free space is very low. Increase the particular domain's tablespace for data and index but retry to create new unit but still failed.

' Oracle Client Chatset : is not same as Oracle Server Charset WE8ISO8859P1, Change Oracle client charset '
I have change it thorough registry, HKEY/LOCAL MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ORACLE
But same problem.
What is the solution. Kindly reply.

4. Open Admin Module Upgrade Admin Schema, while upgrading it gives error as &lt;br

A user had informed that when he login to intools he was unable to add revision because the revision was not visible. He used other pc and he was able to see the revision and was able to add revision letter. I have asked his friend to login to INtools using his pc and the same scenarion happen i.e. even his friend also can not see the revision box. FYI, he has been using the same pc before and things were OK back then... why now?
