Locking Entity

Hi... does anyone knows how to resolve the locking problem ? I tried the "Locking" option via the Admin Module but does not release/clear the lock. Is there any other way beside the admin that this locking can be clear ? Like SQL etc. FYI, our INtools version is currently ver 6.

Appreciate if anyone can offer me alternative solution.

Hi,

 

Ask all the user to log out and connect to the domain schema and run the following SQL:

Truncate table current_info.

If it's not help it's probably in the oracle database level and you need to restart the Oracle server.

Hi Ilan,

I am not exactly understand how to do this? especially connect to the domain schema and run  the sql... I mean do you want me to run the sql via the Internal Set-Up utility.

The last part of your reply is of course works... I knew this would clear the locking but I want to know if there is other way.
