I understand that you are working through Citrix.

Please open your Preferences and make sure you point to the right temporary directory in the “Temporary folder path” Section General

And in the section Instrument Specification   à General “Psr Folder”.

Run again Intools and test it.

If the problem is not solved and you use custom title block  and Oracle make sure you have in the Intools.ini

Section Database the following Key : DBParm=DISABLEBIND=1,PBDbms=1,ThreadSafe='Yes'

And the other DBParm closed with semicolon.

The next step is to run Rebuild Catalog from the Admin module.
