Work Flow Status

I am confused about work flow status, Process Data Status automatically set to 'Process Data Not Required'.Whenever i try to open calculation sheet , a message appears as ,work flow status is Process Data Not Required.If i go to work flow browser i see that for all the Tags Process Status is 'Process Data Not Required'. In domain admin i tried the options for Process Data Work Flow flag as 1.Acess Denied 2.Full 3.View Only.But i am unable to find the solution.I does not want Work Flow Browser to appear under Browser Groups.

I found excellent workflow procedure description in the Intools documentation - User Guide chapter General Features\WorkFlow Procedures.
