Just for that domain ... the table current_info exists seperately in all domains. If there are no users in that domain it should work.

I got no luck at all with that truncate option. I even login to the particular domain's as-built and project database but it come as below:

FYI, I have asked the oracle server custodian for INtools application to reboot the server and it works now. Any reason why it does not work in our environment ? Is there any triggering or procedure that we are different from yours?

From your describe of the problem and the Current_info data locking looks like the locking is in the Oracle level.

It’s happened when Intools illegal terminate or disconnected from Oracle database and the oracle session not terminate.

If you use Citrix It might the Citrix server terminate the connection  when it’s not use for awhile.

It might also the local machine lost the connection when when it’s not use for awhile.

You need to ask the Oracle DBA if he have some session active when all the users are out (check it over the weekend).
