Since it’s only one problematic  user I like to check if it’s not a problem with ConnectionID

Please connect to the database as in_dbamn/in_dbamn and run the following after the problematic user

Login to Intools:

Select * from intools_connection;

Let  me know what is the problematic user login.

Send the results to as excel file to

admin@asbuilt-dba.com

When this user kicked off from Intools run this query again and send me the result.

In version 6 the license and connection manage in the Intools_connection table(ver 7 manage the license in different way)

Connt_2 column is unique ConnectionID from the Registry or Intools.ini

When the user connect to Intools the system add him in the max Connt_Id  column where Connt_Next_Id >0 and add there unique

Connect number.

When the user disconnect from Intools the system change the Connt_Next_Id to 0.

If the user kicked out from Intools the Connt_Next_Id is not change to 0 and the system count this connection

For the number of license.

When the user connect again with the same ConnectionID and Connt_Next_Id >0 the system overwrite the  exist row (same Connt_2).

From the Excel file  that  you sent me looks like the user is not connect right now.

The max number of user who connected to Intools was 22 (If the license number is less then 22 probably the last user kicked out)
