Intergraph are going to release the new SP for SPI7 next month

I recommend you to read the Installation guide from SPI Documentation.

After you Install the SQL 200 client and server  open the SQL Client

Network  click the DB-Library tab and clear the Automatic ANSI to OEM  conversion check box.  

      Import the database per the Instruction in the Installation guide and

      change the   following  in Intools.ini : DBMS = MSS ,

      ServerName= < The name of the SQL Server> ,

      Database= < the name of the database>
