Data Loss

Our company is having problems  where data gets lost, cross-wiring disappears, wire colours change. Is there anybody who experienced the same type of problems? We are struggling to find a solution or the root of the problem.

hi,

yes we are,

although we are using Intools 2009 where recently upgraded with SPI3.however, you need to contact the service provider in your local ares or send an email to inter graph asking for HOT FIX file to resolve this issues, reporting all issues in details.
