Try to test it with original Intergraph template (Titleblock)

You probably find that it's work with the original one and the custom template  is wrong.

The border and the titleblock in the template should be

in the background  and the template shoud save in the backround .

The workaround that I found after you generate the loop to select the second sheet open file menue --> sheet setup ---> select the background tab - and in the background sheet unselect the sheet from the list and after that select the sheet make sure show background check box selected  and click OK.

now you will see the title block in the second sheet and you can print it.

you should do itto all the generate loops before printing or correct your custom template
