When I add a tag name in "open entity specification" window I get a message that the tag doesn't exist.

If I change in the preferences "tag creation"  to "always" the system adds a new tag.

There is also a possiblity that you may be in the wrong unit if your domains are definied in this format.  Have you tried to select the specification sheet from the Index browser (a common use among our users) ?
