select cable_id,cable_num,plant_id,def_flg,cable_category,eng_proj_id from cable where cable_num = 'JX1319XR5/CN1-2MB101';

the plant ID should be your plant_id and DEF_FLG should be N and cable_category should be <> 'H" and Null
