User can not see the revision box

What make a user can not see the revision box in his pc?

A user had informed that when he login to intools he was unable to add revision because the revision was not visible. He used other pc and he was able to see the revision and was able to add revision letter. I have asked his friend to login to INtools using his pc and the same scenarion happen i.e. even his friend also can not see the revision box. FYI, he has been using the same pc before and things were OK back then... why now?

Please advise.

Hi,

 

Looks like something corrupted on this machine.

I suggest the following steps.

1. Reinstall Intools on this machine.

2. Replace the intools.ini from a good macine

3. You can copy and past the files from Intools directory from a good machine

    To the problematic machine.

4. If it’s not solved check to assign another printer.

5. Did he try to login to Intools with different user name?

Thanks. FYI, some users are accessing Intools via citrix connection. Having done the investigation as mention earlier, I did override his intools.ini from other. Surprising he has acknowledged that the revision box is available hence coincide your step 2. Nonetheless, really appreciate that we are talking same language.
